Blood-Building Beet Recipe

1 cooked beet

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 banana

2 handfuls baby spinach (or kale)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder of choice, chocolate or vanilla

Blend all ingredients until smooth!
