More recently she has enjoyed working with patients whom have more complex internal issues such as migraines, digestive issues, fertility and much more.

Jamie’s understanding of sports and chronic injuries has came from being active in a local Crossfit box, practicing Power and Olympic lifting, training for local races, and engaging in mobility and stretching recovery. It is through an active lifestyle that she found a passion for mobility, which has transferred into great results for her patients.

Leah Cunningham,
Licensed Massage Therapist

Leah is  graduate of the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage Therapy in Austin, Texas. Her path into massage therapy began through her own experience with significant injury and the long process of finding my way back to feeling at home in my body.

Along the way, massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga, herbal support, and mindful movement became important parts of her healing. These experiences deepened my trust in the body’s natural ability to heal and strengthened my appreciation for the many ways we can support that process through movement, touch, nature, and connection.

Learning about the body, its structures, and the subtle energy systems that influence how we feel has opened up a new sense of purpose for her.  After experiencing what it feels like to receive care and support from practitioners who helped her heal, she is now grateful to now be in a position to offer that same kind of care to others.

She especially enjoy working deeply with the tissues and muscles, helping create space, ease, and balance within the body. Her approach to massage is grounded in curiosity, presence, and respect for each person’s individual needs and healing process.

It is an honor her to do work that allows people to feel more connected to their bodies, more comfortable in their movement, and more supported in their overall well-being.
